Sigourney is a senior Tax Lawyer at Tactigent Consultancy and holds a master's degree in Tax Law of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is specialized in advising clients active in Suriname, the Caribbean & the Netherlands regarding tax structures, international taxation. Furthermore, Sigourney is licensed by the Dutch Register Belastingadviseur and the International Fiscal Association. She is also a member of the Surinamese Federation of Tax Advisors.

Tariq Henar, MA

Tariq is a senior Business and Finance specialist. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Consultancy. In this role he advices both start-ups and established companies regarding investments, financing, mergers and acquisitions and the application of accounting systems.
Delia is the operational manager, and she is part of management within N.V. Tactigent Consultancy. As an operations managers, she manages and controls the daily affairs of the company. She assesses operational matters within the organization and makes adjustments where necessary and makes proposals for improvement. Delia is also a student at the University of Applied Science & Technology school in Suriname, specializing in Business Economics.
